Return & Exchange Policy

If for whatever reason you wish to return any of our products, you are within your consumer rights to do so within 28 days given you have notified us within 14 days of receiving your goods. 

We will NOT be accepting returns if: 

  1. Gloves are without the original plastic peel. 

  1. Gloves have been damaged in new condition and are without the original packaging i.e., Glove bag.  

However, if there is a fault with the gloves you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will not charge for return shipping (U.K.)-International shipping may vary. 

If a request for a full refund has been place, only upon receiving the returned items and after full inspection of the item(s), should they meet the criteria above a full refund will be processed.

Privacy & Safety

Once you have made an order with us you will receive an email confirming your order number and shipment method along with a virtual receipt of the transaction. You must reference this receipt if you have any issue regarding your purchase.
